2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose qualities and sales price are specified below, ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

4. DELIVERY
4.1. The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER and to the person(s) specified.
4.2. The delivery period cannot exceed the legal period of 30 days.
4.3. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping cost belongs to the BUYER.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is made via credit card / debit card / other electronic payment methods on the site. Credit card information is not stored by the SELLER.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason.
6.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER within this period.
6.3. The product to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be unused, unwashed and in a resalable condition.
7. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE SCOPE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Hygienic products (underwear, socks, etc.)
Products specially produced for the BUYER
Products with detached labels or used products
cannot be returned within this scope.
8. RETURN AND REFUND
8.1. After the returned product reaches the SELLER, the product price is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days.
8.2. In returns made due to the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee belongs to the BUYER (unless otherwise stated).
9. RESPONSIBILITY
If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the specified period due to force majeure, the SELLER informs the BUYER and the order is cancelled. In this case, the amount paid is refunded to the BUYER.
10. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized according to the monetary limits announced by the T.C. Ministry of Trade.
11. EFFECTIVENESS
By placing an order through the site, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.

Kişisel veriler, ilgili mevzuatta belirtilen süreler boyunca veya işleme amacının gerektirdiği süre ile sınırlı olarak saklanır. Süre sonunda silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.
7. KVKK Kapsamındaki Haklarınız
6698 sayılı KVKK’nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kullanıcılar;
